Lisa Wong is a recurring character in Glee: The New Touch. A common gag was characters thinking she was from Japan while she is actually from Hong Kong. Lisa first appeared in Welcome to High School. She was originally a background character that grew into prominence suring Season Two after she joined glee club and established herself as part of the group. She had her final appearance during The Bride, attending Nick and Amy's wedding as an alumni.
She is a class of 2015 graduate of Woodsville High School, and formerly a part of The Freakshows.
Lisa is portrayed by actress, Pamela Chan.
Biography[]
Season One[]
Lisa is mostly a background character during the first season, serving as comic relief. She used to date Grady Ewen from Into You until Coming Out making Shan Wittles jealous over their relationship.
Season Two[]
Lisa becomes more prominent this season. Lisa made out with Lucas Drake during #FridayNight causing her to fall for him. During The Duel Lisa joins glee club after being requested by Lexie Hope after the loss of another member, to which Lisa gleefully accepts thinking she will have more time to spend with Lucas. Lucas, however, rejects Lisa's advances, leaving her crushed. Lisa eventually remains an active part of glee club and soon integrates herself with the rest of the members, winning nationals with them. Lisa expressed her desire to become a fashion designer after high school, and graduates during One Last Song
Season Three[]
Lisa returns from college during The Bride to assist Nick and Amy's wedding with her new attractive boyfriend.
Trivia[]
- Lisa was originally going to join glee club in season one, however, she was replaced by Andre McBridge.
- She was originally going to join glee club for just The Duel, but ended up staying for the rest of the season due to good reception from readers.
- Lisa is one of two recurring cast members who have been part of the series since the premiere episode until the last season without ever being promoted to the main cast. (The other one being Principal Bell)
- She was originally going to make her final appearance during the series finale, along with the other former seniors, however the idea was scrapped as series writer decided they had been given a proper ending during season two's finale, and that their appearance in the wedding was more of an epilogue.
